RESOLUTION DELETING LYNDALE AVENUE FROM LAKE SHORE
DRIVE TO 74TH STREET FROM 1975 PERMANENT PAVING
PROJECT, CITY PROJECT N0a 667
WHEREAS, Lyndal.e Avenue from Lake Shore Drive to 74th Street has
been included in the permanent paring project for the year 1975, and
WHEREAS, ~.t is possible that Lyndale Avenue might be eligible for
Federal money under the Federal Aid Highway Act of 1973m
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
That Lyndale Avenue from Lake Shore D~°ive to 74th Street is hereby
deleted from the 1.975 permanent paving program, City Project Noo 667,
until a final determination c°an be-made as to whether Federal Funds
are availablee
