RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
"STOP" SIGNS ON '~6Tx STREET AND 12T~3 AVENUE
MAKING INTERSECTION A FOUR-STAY STOP
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed to
erect the following signs at the following location, to wit:
"STOP" Signs on 76th Street and lath Avenue
making intersection a four-way stop
2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs ha~,re been so erected
on said stx°eets they shall be official tra.ffie cont~°ol signs of the City of
Richfield and failure to observe such sa~gns shall constitute a violation. of
the traffic ordinance of this city.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 12th day of November,
1974.
