RESOLUTIOi~T RELATI~TC~ TO PARTICIPATION ITT THE
SUBURBAN HF;~TI~TEPIN COU~fTY 1~TURSTIVO DISTRICT
WFI:EREAS, pursuant to IVI~~~.nnesota Statutes, Suction 145 , 08 and 145.12,
provision has been made for a public health nursing service district in ~~hat
portion of Illennepin County outside ths; City of 1VTinneapolis, and
~TFIEREAS, pursuant to such authority such a pubLSc health nursing ser~rice
distract has been organised and has been .in ~~po~~t-ion f®r several years, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to continue the operat~.on of such nursir5g
distric and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper° operation
I~TOVIT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield that thl.s political subdivision continue to be included in the public
health nursing district of Suburban Hennepin County, o°gani~ed on January 4,
19528 that it participate in the benefits thereofg and that it agrees to support
on an apportionment basis its pro rata share of the cost of the administrati~:~n
of such district provided, however°, that for the period of January 1, 1975 through
December 31, 1975 this cost shall not emceed 39~ per capita on the basis of the
last official census o
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resoluti®n shall be deemed an agreement
to continue fo participate in such nursing district on the basis hereinbefore specified
with all. other political subdivisions adopting similar resolutions.
