NOWT,THEREEORE,_BE IT RESOLV.ED.by the City Council. of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That .the .proposed improvements be referred to Orr-Schelen-Mayeron &
Assac~ates,.Inc. (Consu.lting Engineers) far study and that they be instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council; in a, preliminary
way, as to whether the .proposed improvement is feasible, the area to be assessed, and
as-to whether :it shou]~d best :be made.as:propoaed.or in connection ..with some other
improvement.and_the:estimated:cost.of the improvement-as recommendedo
2. That the improvements listed in this resolution shall hereafter. be known as
City .Project Noo 66'?~.
3. That the :cost .for preliminary wok .shall be paid from the Construction Fund,
su.vh-costs to be-reimbursed wkaen.financing has been accomplished for the construction
of this project.
