RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PERMANENT PAVING, ORNAMENTAL STREET
LIGHTING AND APPURTENANCES THERETO
CITY PROJECT N0. 667A
(A part of Street Improvement
District No. 12)
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted on the 23rd day of September,
1971+, fixed a date for a hearing_on the proposed improvement of:
City Project No. 667A - A part of Street Im rovement District No. 12.
Bounded on the north by 68th Street, east by West Pleasant Avenue,
south by 70th Street and west by Lyp.dale Avenue, also approximately
300 feet of Lyndale Avenue north of 68th Street to Lake Shore Drive
by permanent street surfacing, ornamental street lighting and appurtenances thereto, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law,
and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of October, 1974.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the .City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No.
5237 adopted on the 9th day of September, 1974.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and .specifications
for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 28th day of October, 1974.
