WHEREAS, Resolution N'oo 3901 prov%.ded for the sale of. 5215,000 Improvement Bonds of
196.7 anal provided for taffies to be le~7ied for the payment of principal and
i~nteresc thereon, and
WHEREAS, Final payment for principal and. interest maturities was made on November 1,
1973, and
WHEREAS, There is presently sufficient: funds available in the Improvement Bonds of
1953, Ser:u~es ~ Fund to pay al.l remaining principal and interest on such
bands, and
WH'~REAS, Such transfer from the Improvement Bonds of 1953,Series C Fund shall be
surpl~~,s monies not needed for the payment of principal and interest on
such bonds, and
WHEREAS, `like ad valorem tam levy requirement includes a 5% excess provisionm

1, l'hat the transfer and appropriation of 53,.325 from the Improvement
Bonds of 1953, Series G Fund, to the Improvement Bonds of 1967 Fund
is hereby authorized.and directedo
20 That the amount levied in. 197/-~., collectible in 1975 on Resolution Noo
3901, in tkae amount of X3,500, is hereby cancelledn
3, That a copy of this resolution shall be sent to the Hennepin County
Auditore
