RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AS
OUTLOT A, WEXLERS SECOND ADDITION TO PROFESSIONAL DENTAL
PROPERTIES LLC
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota (HRA) owns certain real property, being described as:
Outlot A, Wexlers Second Addition, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the HRA is authorized to sell real property within its area of
operation after a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the purchaser of the described property has been identified as
Professional Dental Properties LLC, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held after proper public notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority in and for the City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. A public hearing has been held and Outlot A, Wexlers Second Addition is authorized
to be sold for $67,000 to Professional Dental Properties LLC; and
2. The Chairperson and Executive Director are authorized to execute a Purchase
Agreement and other agreements as required to effectuate the sale to the Buyer.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota this 19th day of May, 2025.
