BONDS OF 1951 DEBT SERVT.CE FUND AND TRANSFER OF S'URPL;T7S
WHER:EAS9 On August 1, 1951 the city issued special assessment Improvement Bonds
in the amount of $60,000, and
WHEREAS, final payment for principal anal interest maturities was made on February
1, 1973, and
WHEREAS, A major portion of the delinquent special assessments have been collecteci9
and
WHEREAS, It appears desirable to discontinue this (undo
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOZVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota9 that:
1o The approximate cash surplus of $29110 in the Improvement Bonds of
1951 be transferred to the General Fundo
20 The Improvement Bonds of 1951 Fund be discontinued as of December 319
