RESOLUTION Noe 5250
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISIOrI OF 1974 BUDGET OF VARIOUS
DEPARTMENTS
WHE REAS, Resol•u.tion Noa 5086 appropriated funds for personal services, other
expenses and capital outlays for each. department of ttie city for the
year. 1974; and
W`FiEREAS, Resolutions Nos.. 5136, 5138, 5170, 5171, 5178, 5187, 5200,-5208 and .-
5209 made appropriations from the 1974 Contingency Account to various
departments; and
[dHEREAS, The City Charter,- Chapter 7, Section 7.009, gives the council-
authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one
office, department, or agency to another within the same fund at
the request of the city managery and
WI3EREAS, The city manager has requested a revision of the 1974 budget appro-
priations in accordance with Charter provisions and as detailed in
the proposed 1975 budget document; and
WHEREAS, .Federal general revenue sharing regulations require that the use of
Federal General Revenue Sharing funds be appropriated in the same
manner that tie city would ordinarily appropriate its own general
revenues,
N067, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield as
followse
Section 1. That the 1974 appropriations far each department of the General Fund
and the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund be revised as follows:
