RESOLUTION CERTTFYTNG UNPAID SEWER SERVICE CHARGES TO THE COUNTY
AUDITOR TO BE COLLECTED WITH OTHER TAXES ON SAID PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, Ordinance Code 8.12 establishes rules, rates and charges for sanitory
sewer service in the City of Richfield, and

WHEREAS, Subdivision 12 thereof provides that all sewer service charges not
paid within fifteen (15) days after the quarterly due date may be certified to the
County Auditor with taxes against such property, and shall be collected with
other taxes on such property, and
WHEREAS, An assessment roll has been prepared specifying the amounts which
shall be certified against each particular property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the City of Richfield, that
1. There is hereby determined to be a total uncollected amount of $3,083,88.
2. That such amount is hereby certified to the County Auditor for collection
with other taxes on said properties.
3, That a copy of this resolution shall be sent to the Hennepin County
Auditor,
