RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
R. 0. Hanousek
115 Irving Avenue North
Location: 672+ Lyndale Avenue South
Use: Photographic Shop and Mini Lab
WHEREAS, R. 0. Hanousek, 1.15 Irving Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota., had
an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield, relating t.o ~72~+ Lyndale
Avenue South, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 21.09 and which
contract was guaranteed by a bond of the Capitol Indemnity Corporation, Madison,
Wisconsin in the amount of $2,600.00, and
WHEREAS, R. 0. Hanousek has complied with the provisions of said agreement and
the Capitol Indemnity Corporation now seeks to be relieved of any further obligation
under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring Ro 0. Hanousek to
continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreemento
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City af'Richfield, Minn-
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the Capitol
Indemnity Corporation, Madison, Wisconsin for any and all acts of R. 0. Hanousek
committed or incurred in violation of Contract Noo 2109, on and after the 23rd day
of September, 197+,
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 23rd day of September,
