BE IT RESOZ?~TED by the City Council of the City c~~Y Richfield, Minnesota as follows;
1. That-the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Off-Street Barking Application No. 74-7, Contract Noo 2181, is hereby approved subjeet
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
~. That the-proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off-
street-parking area, bearing Contract Noo 2181, be given Clerk's File No. 9549, be placed
on file and-that the Manager be authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be authorized
to sea]e the same-for and on behalf of this city.
3~. That the off-street parking .operator's bond for the performance of the conditions
of said off-street parking .contract, in the amount cif Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) Dollars
on which the United.Pacific Insurance Compa,ny,.Tacoma, Washington,.appears as surety, is
hereby approved,
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
parking .lot sha.]l.remain.tho responsi.bil.-~ty of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance Code Noo 4005.
