RESOLUTION No. 5229
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION FROM THE
1974 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 5056 and 5138 approi5riated funds for each.
department of the city for the year 1974; and
WHEREAS, A contingency appropriation was made in the general fund
for various purposes including unanticipated operational
expenses; and
WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is necessary to consolidate
the communication systems of the Police and Fire divisions
of the Public Safety Department, and that it is necessary
to adjust the 1974 budget appropriation to accomplish this
purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield that the sum of $3,270.00 be transferred from
the contingency appropriation of the General Fund to the
Public Safety Department.
