RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PERMANENT PAVING, CONCRETE CURB AND CsUTTER AND
APPURTENANCES THERETO.

Districts Nos. 7, 8 and g
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council, adopted on the 10th day of June, 1974
fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of;
Street Improvement District No. 7. Bounded on the north by 74th
Street, east by Portland Avenue, south by 78th Street and west
by East Pleasant Avenue.
Street Improvement District No. 8. Bounded on the north by Wood
Lake and 70th Street, east by West Pleasant Avenue, south by 78th
Street and west by 35W.
Street Improvement District No. g. Bounded on the north by 66th
Street,-east by 35W, south by 76th Street and west by Penn Avenue.
by permanent paving, concrete curb and gutter and appurtenances thereto, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice
as required by law, and the hearing was held thereon on the lgth day of August,
1974.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 51g6 adopted on the 13th day of May, 1974•
1974.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated
as the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
