RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPE CIFICATIONS FOR ORNAMENTAL
STREET LIGHTING FOR CITY PROJECT N0. 657A AND ORDERING WORK TO
BE DONE BY CHANGE ORDER TO CITY PROJECT N0. 657, CONTRACT N0.
2172, HOFFMANN ELECTRIC COMPANY AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0.
5216
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. It is hereby determined to proceed forthwith with the construction of
street lighting for City Project No. 657A, a part of Street Improvement District
No. 7; that area bounded on the north by 73rd Street, west by East Pleasant
Avenue, south by 74th Street and east by Portland Avenue.
2. Plans and specifications for street lighting, City Project No. 657A,
presented to the City Council on the 24th day of June, 1974, are hereby approved.
3. WHEREAS, street lighting construction is now under construction in
Districts Nos. 6 and 13, City Project No. 657, and it is hereby determined to
construct this ornamental street lighting by ordering the same to be done
pursuant to Contract No. 2172, the existing contract with Hoffman Electric
Company, Inc. by Change Order at an estimated addition to the contract in the
amount of $?, 5, 368.90..
4, This resolution hereby rescinds Resolution No. 5216 passed by the City
Council of the City of Richfield on the 24th day of June, 1974.
5. Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 12th day of
