RESOLUTION N0. 5221
RESOLUTION DISCONTINUING CITY PROJECT N0. 658,
1973 ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENT AND OILING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, time prevents the 1973 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling
Program, City Project No. 658, from being completed, and
WHEREAS, certain locations scheduled for improvement under the Annual
Street Improvement and 0?~ling Program, City Project No. 658, will be improved
under permanent street surfacing programs in the near future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City. of
Richf~,eld, Minnesota as follows:
1. That City Project No. 658 be discontinued.
2. That no benefit be charged to the abutting property owners.
3. That the costs incurred to date of approximately $26,739.83 constitute
regular operating maintenance of city streets and that such maintenance costs
incurred by paid out of the street maintenance division of the general fund
and reimbursed by the State Aid Maintenance monies.
