RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Mr. Horton Connett
3757 West Broadway
Location: 2216-20 East 66th Street
Use: Two ~+ Unit Apartment Buildings
WHEREAS, Mr. Horton Connett, 3757 West Broadway, Minneapolis, Minnesota, had an
off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to 2216-20 East 66th
Street, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 834, and which contract
was guaranteed by a bond of the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, Hartford,
Connecticut in the amount of $4,600 and
WHEREAS, Mr. Horton Connett has complied with the provisions of said agreement
and the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, Hartford, Connecticut now seeks to
be relieved of any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring Mr. Horton Connett to
continue to provide a bond for sectiirity on the performance of said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereb~r authorized and directed to release the Hartford
Accident and Indemnity Company, Hartford, Connecticut for any and all acts of Mr. Horton
Connett, committed or incurred in violation of Contract No. 834, on and after the 22nd
da yof July, 1974.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 22nd day of July, 1974.
