RESOLUTION REZATING TO PROPOSED STREET ~TIDTH
ON 73RD STREET FROM PORTL,4ND.AVENUE TO LI'ND.ALE
AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tlic City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows;
to That the City of Richfield is desirous of having a 36 foot wide street
constructed on 73rd Street between Portland Avenue and Lyndale Avenue.
2, The City Council of the City of Richf~.eld recognizes that in order to
obtain State A~.d E'unds for the construction of this 36 foot street in lieu of the
standardard 4~+ foot street it will be necessary to -arohibit parking from one side
of the street and the City Council. of the City of R~,chfield agrees to this parking
limitations
3. That the City Council, of the City of Richfie.l.d will consider the posting
of the appropriate side of 73~r°~~ `~t?~eet between Portland Avenue and Lyndal.e Avenue
at a future council meetings
