WHEREAS, by Reso.luti.on No. 5212 , passed by the council. on i~he 24th day of
June, 1,974, the city ~le:~°k was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll
of the cost of concrete sidewalk construction, City Pro;~ect No, 650, Areas
2, 3 and 14, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council. than such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, a,s follows:
la A public hearing shall be held, on the ~Oth day o.f August, 1.974, in the
Council Chambers of the Richfield City Hall.. at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all, persons owning
property affected by such improvement wil..l be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
?. The city clerk is he~°eby direr~ted to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published in the official. newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hea:~°ing, and he shall. state in the notice
the total assessable cost of the improvement i.n the amount of $?5,700.00
