WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Counoil. adopted on the 13th day of May,
1974 reports were prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Ino, (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to permanent street, surfacing, or.namentai, street lights,
oonc.rete curb and gutter a.nd appurtenances thereto and these reports were received
by the Council on June 24, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota: '
1. That the Council wi:11 consider the improvement of the districts hereinafter.
described in accordance with the reports and wi.l consider the assessment of the
