RESOLUTION No. 5209
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION FROM-THE
1974 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE UNALLOCATED DIVISION
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 5086 and 5138 appropriated funds for each
department of the city for the year 1974, and
WHEREAS, A contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund for
various purposes, including an emergency and unanticipated program cost, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined desirable to provide printing and delivery
of a "Richfield" brochure to all residents of the city, and that it will be
necessary to distribute $2,640 of the contingency to the unallocated cost
division;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,

ation in the General Fund:
