RESOLUTION No. 5208
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION FROM
THE 1974 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE PARK AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 5086 and 5138 appropriated funds for each
department of the city for the year 1974, and
WHEREAS, A contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund for
various purposes, including an emergency and unanticipated program cost, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined desirable to provide a series of summer
band concerts in Augsburg Park, and
WHEREAS, the Musicians Union Trust Fund has agreed to subsidize a major
portion of the cost of these concerts and it has been determined that the
city's share of financing shall be $2,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, that the following transfer be made from the contingency appropriation
of the General Fund:
