RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON AUGUST lq, 1974 ON PERMANENT
STREET SURFACING, ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING AND APPURTENANCES
THERETO

AREAS Nos. 7, 8 AND q
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No, 5186 adopted by the City Council on
the 13th day of May, 1874, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc., (Consulting
Engineers) have been ordered to prepare reports with reference to permanent
street surfacing, ornamental street lights, concrete curb and gutter and
appurtenances thereto, for City Project No. 667, Areas Nos. 7, 8 and q.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
A public hearing will be held on Monday, August lq, 1g74 at 7:00 p.m. in
the Council Chambers of the City Hall and the Clerk shall give published notice of
such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of June,
1974.
