RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON AUGUST 20, 197+ ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR PERMANENT STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT N0. 615
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. , passed by the council on the 10th day of
June, 197+, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll
of the cost of permanent street construction, City Project No. 61,5, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 20th day of August, 197+, in the
Council Chambers of the Richfield City Hall at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice
the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of $29,609.29.
