RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
ICE ARENA PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING THE LIGHTING,
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TU CALL FOR BIDS.

WHEREAS, at the September 10,1973 city council meeting the city council
authorized the city manager to proceed with the necessary work to prepare final
plans and specifications for site improvements at the ice arena, and the
preliminary plans for these parking lot improvements-were presented by the Park
and Recreation Director and approved by the City Council at that meeting, and
WHEREAS, the ice arena site improvements are scheduled for 1974 in
accordance with the adopted 197479 capital improvement program at an estimated
project cost of $73,000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That such final plans and specifications for the ice arena parking lot
improvements, including the lighting, are hereby appr®ved, Clerk's
File No. 9533.
20 That the city manager is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for bids on said lighting for the ice arena parking lot improvements
as required by law.
