That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained in Off-Street Parking Application No, 71+-5, Contract No. 2.1,15, is hereby approved subject to and upon completion of performance of .the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter authorized9 2. That the proposed Off-Street Parking Contract for the improvement of said Off- Street Parking, bearing Contract No. 2175, be given Cler?~'s File No> and placed on le and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract the Clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City. 3.
