RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON PERMANENT STREET
SURFACING, ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO.

Street Improvement Area No. 7. That area. bounded on the north
by 7~+th Street, west by E. Pleasant Avenue, south by Highway
1+9T+ and east by Portland Avenue .
Street Improvement Area, No. 8. That area bounded on ..the north
by Wood Lake and 70th Street, west by Highway 35W, south by
Highway T+94 and east by W, Pleasant Avenue.
Street Improvement Area No. 9~ That area bounded on the nortY~
by 66th Street, west by Penn Avenue, south by 76th Street and
west by Highway 35W.

a portion of the cost of the improvement<
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:.
1. That the proposed improvements be referred to Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates,
Inc. (Consulting Enginers) for study and that they be instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible, the area to be assessed, and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in connection with, some other improvement and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That the improvements listed in this resolution shall hereafter be known as
City Project No. 667.
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Construction Fund,
casts to be reimbursed when financing has been accomp.li.shed for the construction of this
project.
