SPECIF'ICAT:IONS FOR PERMANENT PAVING, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER,
ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING AND APPURTENANCES THERETO.

~iHEREAS, a resolution of the city counciJ_ adopted on the 8th day of April, 197,
firmed a date for a hearing or. the proposed improvement of:
City Project No. 657A - A part of Street Improvement District No. 7.
That area bounded on the north by 73rd Street, west by East Pleasant
Avenue, south by 7~+th Street and east by Portland Avenue
by permanent street surfacing, ornamental street lighting and appurtenances thereto, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice a,s requi.red by l.aw,
and the hearing was held thereon on the 13th day of May, .197+.
NOW THEREFORE, IiE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement ~.s hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. 5173 adopted on the 25th day of March, 1974.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Ir~c. are hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement, They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 13th day of May, 1974.
