RESOLUTION No. 5187
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FROM
THE 1974 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS

WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 5086 and 5138 appropriated funds for each
department of the city for the year 1974; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund
for various purposes, including the 1974 salary adjustments and the related
fringe benefit contributions; and
WHEREAS, on March 12, 1973, the city council of the City of Richfield
approved the 1974 Labor Agreement between the City of Richfield and International
Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 49, AFL-CIO, establishing the Public
Works Department 1974 pay plan, and it is necessary to adjust the 1974 budget
appropriation $25,859.00 to reflect such settlement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
that the sum of $25,859.00 be transferred from the contingency appropriation
of the General Fund to the following departments:
