RESOLUTION No. 5178
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF $4,700 FROM THE
UNALLOCATED CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE PARK AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 5086 and 5138 appropriated funds for each
department of the city for the year 1974, and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund
for various purposes, including an emergency and unanticipated program
cost, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that swimming pool fees will not be
adjusted as proposed in the adopted budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, that the budget for the year 1974 is hereby adjusted
as follows:
General Fund
Current revenues $4,700 decrease
Appropriations:
Unallocated $4,700 decrease
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 8th day of
