RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS, ORDERING ASSESSMENT OF
PROPERTY AND DEFERRING SUCH ASSESSMENT UNTIL LOTS
ARE SOLD
WHEREAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1973a
Water connection services to the following property owned by the City of
Richfield in New Ford Towne
Lots 6 and 8, Block 5
Lots 8, 16 «nd 17, Block 19
Lot 4, Block 13
Lots 8, 19 and 23, Block 6
Lot 9, Block 14
Lot 6, Block 7
WHEREAS, the city's share of cost have been paid in the sum of $2,712.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield

as follows:
1. That the cost of water connection services to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $250.00 per lot.
2. That the city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
assessed against each lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to
cash valuation, and that such assessment be labeled "Water Connection Charge".
3. That this connection charge shall be deferred until lots are sold and
that this charge be added to the valuation of the property to be collected when
sold,
4. The assessment roll for this deferred water connection charge shall be
carried as a deferred asset of the Water Utility Fund,
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 8th day of April,
1974.
