RESOLUTION AUTHORTZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION FROM THE
197>~ CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 5086 and 51.38 appropriated funds for each
department of the city for the year 1971+, and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund
for various purposes, including an emergency and unanticipated program
cost , and
WHEREAS, it has been determined desirable to provide purchase and
installation of hardware equipment for the entrance and exit doors to
the city hall building and that it will be necessary to distribute $1,747
of the contingency to the Public Works Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota that the following transfer be made from the Contingency
Appropriation:

Public Works Department $1,74"T
