RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1974 SAIARY
FOR THE CITY 1VIANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield desires to establish
the 1974 salary for the city managerP
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council do and hereby
does establish for the year 1974 the bi®weekly salary of $1153 .84 ($30, 000
per annum) for City Manager Wayne S. Burggraaff which is to be effective
on the first day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1974.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager shall be eligible to
benefit from the fringe benefits available to other Richfield employees as
specified in the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the city manager receive an automobile
allowance of $120.00 per month in lieu of a 24 hour city car assignment.
Said allowance to start when the present 24 hour car assignment is terminated.
