RESOI:,UTION RELATING TO THE 1974
SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides
that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each graded the
bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade
and the work week in hours for each class be established by council resolu'_,ic,n, and
WHEREASa the city administration has prepared a 1974 pay plan for management
position classifications with the fire division of the Department of Public Safetya
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby does
establish for the year 1974 the following pay plan which is to be effective on the first
day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1974 and subject to the provisions of the
personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
