RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1974
SALARY COIVIPENSATTON PLAN
WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of. the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides
that the assignment of classes to pay grades; the number of steps in each grade, the
bimweekly rates in each grade, the r~~ethod of normal progression through the pay grade
and the work week in hours foYr each class be established by council resolution, and
WHEREAS® the city administration has prepared a 1974 pay plan for position
classifications in the general services .
NOW, Z°HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the city council do and hereby does
establish for the year 1974 the following pay plan, which. is to be effective on the
first day of the pay period closest to jannary 1, 1974, and subject to the provisions
of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
