BL IT RESOLVED, by t;he City Council of the City of Richfield, IViinnesota
as follo"av~;
1 . Pursuant to Secttcns 468.15 to 463.26 inclusive, Minnesota Statutes,
tree City Council of the City ref Richfie~.da Minnesota finds that the house located
at the above address on land legally described as Lot 14o Block eo Tingdale Brothers
Lincoln Dills 3rd Addition, is hazardous within the meaning of trio aforesaid statute
for true follo~~~ing masons:
a . The house; is abande~ned .
~. Tho house: is dilapidated and nc~t adequately maintained,

(.~~ True rain gutter and overhand are in a state of disrepair.
(iii Two windows are broken.
(iii) The rouse needs painting.
(iv) Rain water and melting snow flow into the house
through the basement window wells.
2 . Pursuant to the for.regoing and g.n accordance with th.e said statute o the
City Manager is r?ereby authorized and directed to order the owner of said property
tc~ correct the above described deficiencies or tc~ remove or raze such hazardous
building and that said repair, razing or removal be co~npl.eted within thi~~y _(30) days
of the data of service of said Order.
