RESOLUTION APPROVING HENNEPIN COUNTY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR INSTALLING REVISED TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS
AND SIGNAL INTERCONNECT SYSTEM ON CSAH 53 (66TH STREET)

WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 7245 providing for. +he
construction of five (5) full traffic actuated traffic control signals and
three (3) revised signal systems on County State Aid Highway Noo 53 (66th.
Street) within the limits of the City; and, plans for Hennepin County Project
No. 7330 providing for the construction of a signal interconnect system along
County State Aid Highway No> 53 (66th Street) within the limits of the City
have been prepared and presented to the City together, with the specifications
and special provisions for these projects.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RES4~LVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
that said plans, specifications and special provisions be in all things approved
with the provision that the County arrange for temporary traffic sgna~.s at those
intersections where there will be a period of time with no permanent signals.
