RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF-STREET
PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION N0. 71+-2, CONTRACT
No. 2168

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of .Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 71+-2, Contract No. 2168,. is hereby approved subject.
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off-
street parking area, bearing Contract No. 2168, be given Clerk's File No.9501+A, be placed
on file and tY~at~,the manager be authorized to sign said contract and the clerk be authorized
to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for performance of the conditions of
said off-street .parking contract, in the amount of Four Thousand Eight Hundred ($1+,800.00)
and 00/100 Dollars on which the Travelers Indemnity Company of Hartford, Connecticut,
appears as Surety is hereby approved.
1+. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street.
parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance Code No. 1+.05.
