RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Mark Z. Jones
5290 Villa Way, Minneapolis
Location: '70T+0 Cedar. Avenue South
Use: One 8 Unit Apartment Building
WHEREAS, Mark Z. Jones, 5?90 Vi11a Way, Minneapolis, Minnesota, had an off.'-street
parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to 70T+0 Cedar Avenue South, ~atich
Contract bears the designation of Contract No. 910 and which contract was guaranteed
by a bond of the Trinity Universal Insurance Company, Dallas, Texas, in the aanount of
$3,000.00, and
WHEREAS, Mark Z, Jones has complied with the provisions of said agreement and the
Trinity Universal Insurance Company now seeks to be relieved of any further obligation
under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring Mark Z. Jones to
continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Mi.nn-
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the Trinity
Universal Insurance Company, Da11as, Texas, for any and all acts of Mark Z. Jones,
committed or incurred in violation of said Contract No. 910, on and after the lath day
of January, 197+.
Adopted by the City Council this l~+th day of January, 197+.
