RESOLUTION NO. 5143
_ _ RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND
ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO
SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
Vern Luettinger is hereby designated as a director of the Suburban Rate
Authority, and A. P. Anderson is hereby designated to serve as alternate
director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1974 and until their
successors are appointed.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 14th day of
January, 1974.
