BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota as i`ol.lows~
1. That the proposed. geometric 7_~:;~out of the ofY~street parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 74-1, Contract No. 2.166, is hereby approved subject
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the ~.mprovement of said off-
street parking area, bearing Contract No. 2166, be given Clerk's File No. 9501, be placed
on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be authorized
to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for the performance of the conditions
of said off-street parking contract, in the amount of Seven Thousand Five I3undred ($7,500.00)
Do~,lax°s on which the Safeco Insurance Company of America, a Washington Corporan on, appears
as surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off--street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance Code No. 4.05.
