RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1974
SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN
V~JHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield
provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades , the number of steps in
each grade, the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression
through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each class to be established
by council resolution, and
WHEREAS, the city administration has prepared a 1974 pay plan for the
position classifications included in the Richfield Police Officers Federation
according to the terms of the Memorandum of Contract for the years 1973 and 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby
does establish for the year 1974 the following pay plan, which is to be effective
on the first day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1974, and subject to the
provisions of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance .
