RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE LOCAL FUEL COORDINATOR
WHEREBY the Governor of. the State oaf Minnesota, recognising the severity of
the fuel situation in the state, has issued Executive Order No. 70 assigning the
responsibility for t~r.e 1_bli,~'?r'esota Emergency Plan for the Allocation of Fuel and
Energy to the Minnesota Civil Defense Divisions, and
WHEREAS, Section III, Paragraph C of the Minnesota Emergency Plan for the
Allocation of Fuel and Energy provides for the local city council to appoint a
Local Fuel Coordinator,
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED by the City Council cf the City of Richfield
Minnesota as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby appointed the Local Fuel Coordinator in
acccrd~ar~ce with .Section III, Paragraph C of the Minnesota Emergency Plan for the
Allocation of Fuel and Energy.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 26th day of December,
1973.
