WHEREAS, on the 13th day of August, 1973, the city council fixed a date for a.

and apliurtenances thereto, and
WHE:ItEA5, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed f.or tlYe
making €~f this improvement, were given ten days published. notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and mailed notice
as required by law, and the hearing was held thereon on the 12th day of November,
1973, and
WHEREAS, the hearing was deferred to the 26th day of November, 1973.
NOW T~IEREFORE, EE IT F~ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1973.
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council P.esolution
No. 4950 adopted on the 14th day of iviay, 1973.
2. That Orr-Schelen-iviayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improveme;~~t. They shall. prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement'.
