~7TiE1~AS9 Minnesota Statutes9 Chapter- 1389 and 1~[innesota Statutes ~€65~63 authorize
the destruction of certain city records9 and
W~,.E;1~AS, the city clergy is required to keep the following recordso
(1) A minute boob noting therein all proceedings of the council
(2J An ordinance book in which he shall record at length all ordinances
passed by the council
{~~> A finance boob in which he shall enter all the money transactions of
the city, including the dates and amounts of all receipts and the
person from whom the money was received and of all orders drawn
upon the treasurer with their payees and objects and
W?~BR~AS~ the city attorney has given written approval authorizing the following
list of records for destruction9 and
'WN~REAS9 this list of records is hereby presented to the council with a request
that the destruction be approverJa
