WHEREAS, on the 13th day of August, 1973, the city council fixed a date for a
hearing on the proposed improvement of:
East Pleasant Avenue from 73rd Street to 66th Street (Dist. 6)
East Pleasant Avenue from 66th Street to North city limits (Dist.13)
by permanent street surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, ornamental street lighting
and appurtenances thereto, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of this improvement, were given ten days published. notice of Che council hearing
through two weekly publications of the required notice and mailed notice as required
by law, and the hearing was helc thereon an the 12th day of November, 1973.

sota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution cdo ~ 49I30 adop':;ed on the 14th day of l~fay, 1973.
2. That Urr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated
as the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 12th day of November, 1973.
