That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No. 4980 adopted on tYie 14th day of riay, 1973. 2. That Orr-Sclielen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
