RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, Ms. Vicki Root has submitted her resignation from the
Richfield Human Rights Commission, effective August, 1973, and
WHEREAS, during the past two years Vicki Root has served diligently
v~Tith the Commission in all areas of human rights concerns, and -
WHEREAS,-Vicki Root has indicated her interest in continuing her
involvement in various activities of the Richfield Human Rights Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Richfield City Council and
the Richfield Human Rights Commission express their sincere appreciation
to Vicki Root for her service to the Richfield Human Rights Commission and
to the betterment of the community, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council and Human Rights ~~
Commission appreciate her continued interest in human rights activities
and hope that she will attend and actively participate in future Commission
meetings whenever possible.
