WtIBItRAS, Ordinance Code 8at2 establishes rules, rates a.nd charges for sanitary
sewer service in the City of Richfield, and
WHER:~AS, Subdivision l2 thereof provides that all surer service cherg~es not
paid within fifteen (t5) days after the quarterly due date may be certified to the
County Auditor with the taxes against such property, and shall be collected with
other taxes on such property, and
WHEREAS, An assessment roll has been prepared specifying the amounts which
shall be certified against each particular property;
