as follows:
1. .~1 proposed Purchase Agreement bet~sreen the City of Richfield
and the County of Hennepin, providing for the sale of. a
tract of land at the southeast corner of Augsburg Park to Iiennepi?~
County as a library siteF_or the sum of Ninety--nine Thousand, Five
Hundred ($99,500) Dollars is hereby given Clerk's File No. C-9491 ,
and is ordered placed on file.
2. zt i.s hereby determined that the terms and conditions of
that agreement provide a fair and reasonable basis %or
the sale of such property to Hennepin County as a. library site, and
the Mayor ar..d Manager are authorized and directed to execute such
agreement for and on behalf of the City.
3, Tile action herein authorized is taken pursuar_t to
transitory Ordinance No. 16.18 adopted September lOr 1x73,
and shall be subject to and contingent upon such Ordinance's
becoming effective.
